Between the cold, the short days, the awful virus situation and the even more awful divisiveness in our country, I decided we all needed some uplifting inspiration.
The BBC Proms is an eight-week summer music festival that includes daily orchestral music as well as other presentations held mostly in the Royal Albert Hall but also in other venues. The ‘Last Night of the Proms is a special event held in the Royal Albert Hall but also in Hyde Park and other parks across the UK via giant video screens. It’s a wonderfully patriotic celebration.
