TUESDAY, Tuesday…

Today is Independence Day in Belize, a public holiday. This holiday marks Belize being granted independence from Britain on this day in 1981. It became a British colony in 1840, known as British Honduras, and Britain formally declared the settlement a British Crown Colony, subordinate to Jamaica in 1862. Under a new constitution, Britain granted British Honduras self-government in 1964. On June 1st 1973, British Honduras was officially renamed Belize. Independence was achieved from the United Kingdom on 21 September 1981.

Great door mat!

Bada Bing!

I just put a stick in a non-stick pan.

I did a little mechanics work today. Put a rear end in a recliner.

“If lawyers are disbarred and clergymen defrocked, doesn’t it follow that electricians can be delighted, musicians denoted, cowboys deranged, models deposed, tree surgeons debarked, and dry cleaners depressed?” — Steven Wright

My sister has this weird OCD where she organizes her plates by color. It’s a very rare dish order.

Always remember that if you fall, I will pick you up…Right after I finish laughing.

I like to help people find things by pointing out that it’s around here somewhere.

My wife never complained about anything until I got hearing aids.

Queso = Spanish for cheese. K,so = Southern for here’s the plan.

Comfort Inn Sign: Now pet-friendly! Except for bears. We’re not making that mistake again.

Marjorie Taylor Greene is what happens when the ventriloquist dies but the dummy keeps on talking.

Sometimes people ask me how I know all the random shit I know. All I can say is, that I have ADHD, an internet connection, good research skills, and zero self-regulatory mechanisms.

Today is the birthday, in 1946, of Mick Rogers, chiefly known for his time With Manfred Mann.

A beautiful THURSDAY here…

Today is Constitution Day, a public holiday in Andorra. Dia de la Constitució commemorates the constitutional referendum that was held in the sixth-smallest nation in Europe on this day in 1993. Since the 13th century, Andorra was ruled jointly by two ‘princes’ – the leader of France and the Spanish Bishop of Urgell. Bada Bing!

Twenty-eight years ago, Herman James, a Tennessee mountain man, was drafted by the Army.

On his first day in boot camp, the Army issued him a comb. That afternoon, an Army barber sheared his head. On his second day, the Army issued him a toothbrush. That afternoon, an Army dentist yanked several of his teeth. On his third day, he was issued a jock strap… The Army is still looking for him.

I still think “nonfungible” sounds like it means “cannot be turned into a mushroom”.

I’ve been ordering a cheeseburger and fries at my bank drive-through every week for a year and they STILL don’t think it’s funny.

Have we checked all foods to see if exploding them makes them into something better or did we just stop with corn?

You’re riding a horse full speed, there’s a giraffe beside you, and you’re being chased by a lion. What do you do? Just enjoy the merry-go-round ride.

I’ve always wanted to learn how to swim, but it’s never been more than 30 minutes since my last meal.

Stop crying about your problems on the internet. Bottle them up inside you and disguise them with dark inappropriate humor like a grown up.

My favorite time of year is when all the mosquitoes are dead.

Today is the birthday, in 1932, of Patsy Cline.
